Shipments will be made throughout Italy, Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
Delivery times:
for online orders with delivery in Italy/Europe, 24/72 hours from receipt of the order and payment
for online orders with delivery outside the EU, 48/72 hours from receipt of the order and payment
Delivery methods:
- The Courier shall be responsible for communicating the shipment number of the order placed to the CUSTOMER by means of a specific message/email, to the telephone number or email address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
- The courier is a carrier that guarantees two delivery attempts to the address indicated by the Customer in their order.
- If the two delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the courier will hold the shipment in storage and, upon collection of the Products from the locations indicated by the courier, the cost of redelivery and storage will be charged.

- The customer can make changes to the delivery conditions by email (ordini@cpmoka.it) or directly through the courier's website.
- In the event of delivery instructions authorizing the courier to leave the package/envelope in a garden, inside or outside a gate, or with another person, we decline all responsibility for non-receipt of the goods.
- It is therefore of the utmost importance that someone is always available at the shipping address indicated at the time of ordering to collect the goods.
